Truck & Lorry Wash
High-performance wash solutions for lorries, trucks, and commercial vans from Britannia Wash Systems
Our Britannia Strong 3-brush fully automated gantry wash system is ideal for commercial vehicle fleets of all sizes.
Flexibility and Durability
The system features a 3-brush rollover mechanism, which can wash in a single or double pass depending on time constraints and soiling levels. The washing pressure on each brush can be adjusted to suit the dimensions of the lorry or truck.
Integral side spray screens are in place to enhance wash quality and detail. The brushes and spray screens are mounted on a heavy box-section steel frame for strength and rigidity, which guards against damage to the vehicle as well as the machine itself during washing.
The Strong is renowned for its robustness and quality and with a small footprint, as well as extensive versatility in terms of installation location. We are happy to supply the unit with various colour options to match your company branding.
Automated Control Systems
The Britannia Strong utilises the latest automated control system technology to carry out washes reliably and consistently with minimal user intervention.
Complex machine programming is not required, meaning the unit does not require extensive training to operate. For user safety, the control panel can be located remotely, allowing operators to always maintain a reasonable distance.
Why Invest in a Truck & Lorry Wash System From Britannia?
For consistently high-quality and rapid washing of commercial fleets, the Britannia Strong is one of the most cost-effective solutions on the market; a 3-brush fully automated gantry wash system.
The wash bay can process a wide range of truck types and sizes, from transit vans to large articulated lorries. It can extend to a maximum height of 5m using the standard unit. To cover different lengths, the gantry moves up and down the vehicle as far as required during washing, using a full-length track lock for reliable positioning.
