Flexibility and Durability

The system features a 3-brush rollover mechanism, which can wash in a single or double pass depending on time constraints and soiling levels. The washing pressure on each brush can be adjusted to suit the dimensions of the lorry or truck.

Integral side spray screens are in place to enhance wash quality and detail. The brushes and spray screens are mounted on a heavy box-section steel frame for strength and rigidity, which guards against damage to the vehicle as well as the machine itself during washing.

The Britannia Strong utilises the latest automated control system technology to carry out washes reliably and consistently with minimal user intervention. 

Complex machine programming is not required, meaning the unit does not require extensive training to operate. For user safety, the control panel can be located remotely, allowing operators to always maintain a reasonable distance.
